Tech Partner FAQs
Does Recharge accept co-marketing requests?
Recharge does not currently participate in creating co-marketing initiatives or co-creation of materials. Recharge is happy to amplify content created by Tech Partners, such as blog posts or case studies, by sharing partner-created content on official social channels.
How does Recharge evaluate partnerships?
Recharge evaluates and prioritizes potential partnerships and deepens existing ones based on the needs of Recharge merchants. This includes factors like:
- The number of merchants using your integration or platform
- Whether your solution fills a gap in the Recharge ecosystem
- How much your solution overlaps with Recharge functionality
- The size of your merchant base
- The size of the merchants you work with (GMV)
- The growth velocity of your integration
If you're building or already support an integration with Recharge, the most effective way to increase visibility is by driving adoption among shared merchants. Recharge actively monitors where partner value is growing and prioritizes scalable, high-impact opportunities to support and highlight those partners.
NoteAs a reminder, approved tech partners can request support with the Recharge API in the
#public-api-dev-group
Slack channel.
Can we connect on Crossbeam?
Recharge allows approved technology partners to connect on Crossbeam to evaluate potential customer overlap and assess partner alignment. You must first apply to and be accepted into the Technology Partner Program to be eligible. Connecting on Crossbeam helps identify mutual customers and explore high-level collaboration opportunities.
Recharge does not currently support detailed account mapping or one-to-one account-level collaboration with technology partners. This approach ensures focused enablement and prioritization of resources.
If this policy changes, Recharge will provide an update. A Crossbeam connection link is included in the program approval email.
